At first he felt cold, then hot, then hyper, then tired, several other emotions and sensations ran through him as he walked to the other side, but he was prepared, he had done this before. Suddenly he reached the other side and his feelings went back to their usual state. 'Well this is easy', he thought seeing Gwen standing there waiting for him. 'Almost too easy...'

Al ran up and grabbed Eyden's shoulder, he was sweating and panting like crazy right now. He looked up at Eyden and suddenly started freezing, then he looked up and saw Gwen. "Hey dawg, that looks like a trap to me, which should be cautious." He said sounding worn out.

Peri/her magic surveyed the scene as she entered. There was Gwen, plain as day, which was probably caused the suspicious looks on the duo's faces. She was surprised, very surprised, that Al was able to enter. Was he able to exit, she wondered. Most who entered couldn't exit. Death travel was an interesting subject. Taking her mind off her rambling thoughts, she drifted to where they stood. [glow=blue,2,300]Is it her? Or a trick?[/glow] she asked. [glow=blue,2,300]If it is her, I'll tie her to you, Eydan, and we can go back. No point lingering. Its not a very... hospitable... place.[/glow]

Al looked at the Peri power thing and decided it was Peri after examining it and looking at other stuff. "Hey Peri, if it is a trap, what's the worse that could happen?" He asked her to know if he should take his chances or not. He started to pant, "I don't want to screw anything up, so I'll just wait for her answer." He said as he thought about shooting something at Gwen's foot.

[glow=blue,2,300]We could get stuck here forever. We could sent to worse death places, Purgatory etc. We could just get sent back to the Palace. Lots of things could happen.[/glow] She frownded, or rather, felt like frowning. [glow=blue,2,300]We've never done this before. Eydan, what do you think?[/glow]

"Home sweet home!" Kira called in a dull voice to the three. "Is this your first time in death?" she asked casually. "Time to see Daddy Dearest" she said walking past them.

Al smiled as he thought of something, "How could I not think of it before, something must be blocking my mind." He casted a spell and his vision went blurry, he could only see glowing orange of people that were really there, when he looked at where Eyden was, and where Kira was, there was an orange glow. When he looked where Peri was, there was nothing really there, when he looked at where Gwen was...(This is really not up to me, so I'll wait.)

Eyden spun around as Al entered the portal. "No, go back. It's not safe for you. You don't understand. Go NOW!" As he heard Kira's voice he sun around. He was here on a mission, and though the others didn't no the price of a soul, he did... As they reached the home of Hades he turned around and stopped both Peri and Al. "Wait here."

Peri watched quietly, she knew he couldn't see if she tried to nod. Besides, she didn't plan on obeying anyways. She hovered above them uncertainly. Eydan was planning something. She'd known him too long to not notice it. He was her friend, as was Aiden. They were as close as family, the three of them. She wasn't going to let him walk into Death alone.

Kira ignored the man. She knew what she was getting into. She had made more than one deal with her father to save Amara. "It isn't that bad. Besides my stepmom will keep it from getting out of hand" she said with a small wave. A meek smile crossed her face as she turned back to the three. "You have nothing to fear" she mumbled softly.

As soon as he looked where Gwen was his normal went back to normal as he collapsed, "Ow..." He said as he slowly got up. "I'm not going to try that again..." He said as he walked beside Eyden, ignoring his warning.

Al chanted another spell, this time a beam of light came out of nowhere and hit Al, he floated up as if he was being abducted by aliens. Suddenly the light went away and Al fell, but he landed. He walked towards Gwen, hesitant, "You know what!? Forget this!" He said as he touched Gwen.

Eyden jumped out a second to late. "No Al don't touch her-" But by the time he had said it it was too late. In a bright flash Al was returned to his body and the portal started to close. Eyden growled loudly. "No no no. Now Peri's going to be stuck in here too." He mumbled to himself.
"Peri!" He called out. "Go, now. Be ready though. We won't have much time to pull Gwen through. Stay on the other side but wait. When you hear the bird call we used to use in the forest use all the power you can to pull her out." With that he pointed a finger towards her and she throttled towards the portal. He had the control in death.

Peri felt Eydan's magic shove her out of Death. She sent out a tendril to stick in the ground, like a rope. She alowed the rest of her power to obligingly fade back into her actual body. As if she'd let him do this alone! She could take care or herself.
